Just got done with my 6th inj. about ten minutes ago, tommarow will be one week.  (and up 6lbs so far) Anyways, when aspirating I saw a couple drops of blood, followed by the normal clear bubbles.  Was this because I passed through a vein, or was I on a smaller blood vessel, or ?

I ended up pulling it out and shooting somewhere else just to be safe.

If any blood comes back up, it's better to pull out and relocate IMO.  As long as you're not pulling up an oily/bloody mix, then it's probably safe to re-inject the blood you drew up.  If it's oily/bloody, then you might have pulled up a blood/oil mix from an abscess.  This doesn't necessarily mean you hit an infection, but it is possible.  If you hit an infected abscess, then I would trash the entire injection...yeah, Iknow...it's tough even THINKING about throwing away gear.  But if you put the bacteria from an infected area into another area, you'll really wish you had just trashed the shit.  By the way, I've had two abscesses, one WAS infected and required antibiotics, the other wasn't and just went away on it's own.

Good move bro.  You know i went for some time before i began to aspirate.  I was told to but i didnt know the importance of it.

Knock on wood, up until this point ive never drew blood or developed an abcess.

I usually try and hit a new area on my body for each shot, just to keep things fresh and to reduce the risks of developing any scar tissue or abcess.
