I cant believe the gains, both in mass, strength and stamina funny enougth. My weight has rocketed all of a sudden in the last week.....6-7 lbs. Im eating big, about 2 Lbs of meat a day, on some vitamin supps and also protein and downing about 4 pints of milk . This cycle has been the best for me so far in gains.
i just want to add that a few people skimp on there food and protein during a cycle hoping the cycle and routine will add the bulk....try 2-3Lbs of meat to your diet daily and see how much you gain in a week lol...unbelievable. With that, the cycle and my training routine im gaining fast. Really having a good one.
