chest shoulder tri

Do any of you guys do or have done chest , shoulder and tri in one day.

If so please list your routine for that day.  
   
   Also what do you guys think of this routine?
chest:   db bench-3 sets
           db incline-3 sets
           cable crossover or decline 2 sets

shoulder: db press-3 sets
             lateral raises-3 sets

tri:  pressdowa 2 sets
 
After doing chest I have tried to hit shoulders also but can't lift nearly shit of what I usually can!  I like to split them up!
 
I split 'em 2. Plus just 2 sets of pulldowns for tri's will never make them grow. The key to big guns is big tri's IMO. I do 4 sets of 4 exercises for just tri's on "arm day".
 
When you work your chest, your are indirectly working on your shoulder so I would split them up as Press and Geared were saying.

All i do is 5-7 working sets for small muscle groups, and 9 for large muscle groups.  i just do every set to failure and lift heavy as i can.  I grow just fine without spending hours in the gym.
