TELL ME ABOUT BLOOD TESTS

On an average 10 week cycle how often should you get bloodwork done?  Also what do you ask them to check?

What to check depends on both age and what gear your using.
If your over 35,or over 25 with a strong family history of prostate disease get your PSA checked.
All anabolics can affect lipids so get a "Lipid panel" for cholesterol and triglyceride levels.
17aA-AAS are not liver friendly so add a "hepatic panel" for them, make sure it contains a gamma glutamyl transferase level(gGT).
For kidney harsh drugs check a BUN and Creatinine level.
A hemoglobin level is also good to add with most, especially EQ and high test cycles as it can be elevated, even more so if you smoke.
It's good to have a precycle baseline determination of all of these. Then I'd say mid cycle the 1st time you do a new drug and 2-3 weeks post cycle as a final check. After you get to know your system and see what if any effects the AAS have on you then you can just do mid-cycle checks when on new AAS and a once a year post cycle levels to monitor yor baseline.
That's what I do anyways.
A Comprehensive metabolic panel will have all of these some of ther time, though depending on the lab, it may not contain  the hemoglobin, the PSA,or the lipid panel. So make sure you ask.
