On a bulking cycle is it wise to do cardio and abs or not, if so than how often should I do it? I now have a very small gut but I still need to bulk a bit more.
 
Matters on your body type.  If you are an ectomorph, don't do cardio.  If your a mesomorph, its a personal decision.  If you are an endomorph than I would do cardio for 30 minutes 3 times per week.  You should always work your abs bro, they are muscles too!  Later
 
just be sure to keep the intensity at a moderate level.  your rate of percieved exertion (RPE) should be relatively low.  this RPE scale is how the individual measures how much work they are doing.  from very easy to very difficult.  Try and keep it somewhere in the middle.
