Nioxin or American Crew Hair Loss Shampoo

I have to try something new.  I am not even on a cycle anymore and have been off for about 6 weeks and my hair is still falling out.  I went to the hair salon to see what over the counter shampoo they had.  They have some stuff called Nioxin that has been out for a while.  It has a shampoo, serum and conditioner.  There is also another product made by American Crew that is a shampoo, Serum and conditioner for mens hair loss.  The american crew kind is new.  The thing that caught my eye with it is that it had saw palmetto in the ingredients.  Would saw palmetto work topically.  Which one should I get.  BTW, I have been using Nizoral and it has not done a thing.

interms of shampoo I don't think their is anyting on the market that beets nizoral.  Ketoconazole is the active ingredient that was proven to prevent the formation of DHT on the scalp.  I would also get an azeleic acid 5% formula for topical application, this combination will stop more then 99% of DHT formation on the scalp.  In addition to that you may want to take some saw palmetto oraly which works much like finesteride.  If you want to grow hair back depending on how progressed it is I would get some rogaine.  Hope this helps bro.

Well mrs456 is lets just say a "hair" specialist and makes me use NIoxin. I have thin hair to begin with. I just ended 10 weeks of Tren and had some more thinning but nothing even noticeable.
