I Have 35 shots of winny d and 15 shots of primo. i'v done winny before, but i shot it in my ass. now that i have primo, i will shoot that in my ass and the winny in my arm. i need to know how to , where to and what neddels to use.

Use a 1 inch syringe, I would use a 22 gauge with winnie, unless its Jurox, then use a 21 gauge.  Inject into the medial delt until you are used to it, then you can try to inject into the rear and front delts.  Do not inject between the sections of your delt!  It can cause a huge bruise and it is quite painful.  later

Quads are good too. You can see what u r doing and it is a large muscle so it is hard to miss. IMO.
