I am 8 weeks into my sust/t200 cycle and have gained more bodyfat than I wanted, I was thinking of doing a cutting cycle next or should I end my current cycle with like eq, I mean I eat clean but still gain more fat than I wanted, and also should I diet while on eq/winny/whatever?  could somebody give me a good cutting cycle where I wont lose hardly any muscle?

I would say finish your mass cycle out as a mass cycle, eat everything in sight.  Gain as much muscle as possible.
When you come off cycle, follow it up with clen and T3, add primo to bridge if you have the money.  So here's how I would do it:
T200/sust
clomid post-cycle
bridge 8 weeks with 200mg/wk primo, supplement with creatine and glutamine during this time, keep your diet clean, high protein.
Cardio 3x/wk, fast walking on a treadmill
Continue strenuous lifting regimen at least 4 days/wk
10-wk Cutting cycle:
Test prop:  150mg EOD
Tren:  75mg EOD
Winny:  50mg ED

If you put on more bf than you wanted, how strict is you diet?  When bulking, you want to eat ALOT, but that doesn't necessarily mean McDonalds, pizza, ice cream and all that crap every day.  It's natural to put on some bf, that is unavoidable.  I personally wouldn't worry about it.  If you can't stand it, add an extra day or two of cardio per week for the next few weeks...just realize though that cardio competes for the same fuel your muscles need to recouperate and GROW.  I would do what 46 said, or you can just take a break for 6 weeks, then start a cutting cycle.

I stay away from all that crap(mcdonalds,etc...) except for wendy's, All I eat at wendy's is a  couple grilled chicken sandwiches and a baked potato. I eat very clean but I eat alot, i guess all the extra calories is bound to put on a little fat.
