Swole and HDT comment

who has used Swole by syntrax and what do think of it?I bought hdt 5 plus 1 whey protein dutch choclate flavor and IMO i dont like it it dont mix well and is bitter tasting. i like ISS whey matrix alot more.

HDT's 5+1 is cheap but it sucks as far as taste/mixing go. I had the strawberry and the only way to use it up was to use a blender and add some real fruit. ISS has a good product line. Their ProM3 is about my favorite low carb/low fat product,they have it in "Shake and GO" bottles that all u do is add water 2,great when your on the road or in a hurry.
