What should your sodium intake be at per day if you are trying everything to keep water bloat to a minimum? Or should you be looking at it per meal?
 
Even more importantly than watching sodium intake is keeping up fluids...1+ gal per day of H2O is what you should drink. Also, make sure you take in potassium either using a supp, no-salt substitute or foods rich in it. Keeping postassium levels up will trigger your kidneys to flush the excess sodium you have already in you...and along with that sodium flush goes the fluid too.
