Anyone try ttokkyo dbol how much and did you get good pumps size and all that?


Chicken breast how about skinless chicken leg good source of protein as well?

1) tia bol and tt are good

2) white meat (3.5 oz) 32.3 g protein
&nbsp; &nbsp;drumstick 12.5 g protein
