I start my cycle on monday this is what I will be taking

1-4wk dbl 30mgs ed
1-10wk 400mgs cypionate
1-10wk 400mgs eq

got clomid and nolva will also use the follwing,

ala @ 2000mgs ed
glutamine
n-large
multi vitamin & mineral


Anithing else you recomend? thanks guys and wish me luck

looks good bro.. that's alot of ALA.. maybe get some cran x and milk t.. and drink 2 us gallons or 8 liters of water ed..
 
That is exactly the same cycle I will be doing in a few weeks. Minus the ALA. Let me know how it is going.:D
 
Thanks bros, hey gear do you think 2000mgs of ala is too much? I was told that that is the minimum for reaching Ketosis(spelled wrong?)
 
Are you bulking or cutting on this cycle? Seeing you have dbol, I'm guessing you're bulking. Ketosis is typically used to shed water quickly and then accellerate fat loss on a cutting diet. It seems like you have two strategies colliding....unless I missed something?
 
Yes, I am bulking and this is my second cycle. I was told that ala will not only help with the puffy look from dbol and make your muscles look fuller. It will also protect my liver is this true? So I guess I can use it on a bulking cycle @ 2000mg yeah?
 
i hear it at 1000mg in my last cycle.. just for the liver

but with at least 800mg ALA and if you go 0 and I mean 0 carbs for 24 hours you should be in ketosis.
 
but if your bulking then you need the carbs.. so it's your call.. diet is the many resaon that it's hard to impossable to cut and bulk at the same time.. you have to do one or the other IMO.. i've seen people try midcycle to change there diet and go form higher carbs, cals,fat.. to lower of all three.. but if then seem to happy with what they end up with.. now to the blooting and water thet bol will make you hold.... that's somethinig that i like when i'm bulk to keep muscle well hydrated.. but it's true you don't look as good in the mirror but you bulking.. so this is IMO.. take out of what you like and have a good and safe cycle bro.. good luck and be heathly...

If UR using the ALA for it's liver protection and general antioxidant properties then that's a good thing. Although you probably don't need that much of it ($$$). If UR are bulking, skip the ketosis for reducing bloat as you'll need to be carb depleted to do it right. When bulking, you need LOTS of energy to move weights as heavy as you can stand. If UR carb depleted, you'll have less energy for explosive workouts and recovery will be a bitch. Stick to arimidex, sodium control, potassium uptake and H2o intake to minimize bloating while UR bulking. Or, just learn to enjoy feeling like an oompa loompa, lol.
