FDA records Fina purchases

I wasn't aware of this until I came across a recent artice, but Big Brother never rests........So...... Beware, as of January 1996, all sales of implants are recorded and sent to the FDA. Department of Agriculture. Laws regarding growth promoting agents. 33 (1): 337-417 1 Title 21-Food and Drugs. Excluded veterinary anabolic steroid implant products. 2 (1): 1308 If you purchase the implants and sign for them, or obtain them by mail order, the FDA is aware of what you bought. Even though the FDA will know you purchased the implants, I doubt that the men in suits and dark sunglasses will show up on your porch asking to see your herd of cattle — but you never can tell!

Ahhhhh..... The wide open fields and plains of Charlotte,no fences, just the open range....Quite a nice herd of heiffers at the CoachK Ranch. :D :D

I miss our old "devil" emoticon/smilie

Deca, maybe we should exchange phone #'s in case I get picked up so that you can call my peeps in TX., lol. I'm afraid to order anymore for a while now, lol.

no sweat...

Got your back bro....

Doubt anything would ever come of this, just thought people should know....sign a false name at the feed store maybe....or I'll go halves with you for a few head of cattle in Waxhaw and make it legit

hell i live in IOWA right now.. home of the COW and IOWA PORK CHOP.. eating two of them tonight.. 2inched of high quality protein.. so the feds would never think twice about someone in IOWA buying tren.. now when i get back to FLA.. that's different but VetAmerica is in Miami.. so i guess i'll bring a pic of me and my blue ribbon cow and get some tren for it and sell it at the action yards...

<---- how do like the fina sign lol

I don't think this could be a problem unless A) you are buying alot of it or B) you get busted for having fina!

Yup, I would think they flag frequency and geography. I can't imagine they'd allocate enough resources to look at all of the purchases.

I agree it's low risk, I guess I was just suprized that they log the info in the 1st place....just be aware of the fact that they watch the shit.

Well when I order my finna for third cycle and if they show up at my door. I will open my door dressed in a cow outfit. That will really fu#ck with them!:D

Need to get one of those life-sized cows from Chick-fil-a and white out the "Eat more chicken" - replace it with "Buy more Fina".

Bumping this - b/c I do know of someone about 2 years ago had someone show up in a black suit with a warrant to search the house, basically FDA notified DEA and boom the local agent had a hardon for a bust story in his record.

my friend got caught crossing the boarder with personal from MX, then after that records/notifications of arrest were shared, local agents of different 3 LETTER ORGANIZATIONS were notified and they all worked together to try and bring this guy down...
----
so he ended up getting in trouble for having 15 2mg Xanax w/o a script, and 1 bottle of test and he was interrogated to give up his source, they ripped out a huge investigation file they had on him, including his supposed fina purchases, and was threatened to 45days in jail... then when it was all said and done his aunt worked for the attorney generals office or some shit and he got off with a warning... needless to say he was under 25when all this happened, but still...
---
I can't really see the logic of the threats, then utlimately getting 'threatened' with 45days in jail, and prosecuting with proof of 15 2mg Xanax and 1 bottle of Test w/o scripts... not sure where the penelty numbers came from... But they do keep records and if you do enough stupid shit... it's easy since 9/11 for different federal orgs to pull from central areas to collaborate a bigger case against someone.

This happened in early 2004 so gov collaberation with "homeland security" was still fresh, and new targets had to justify the budget expansion of resources and new gov agencies... but still... don't be fooled, fuckers know, and just go after people when it's convenient, makes them look good, or will utlimately leverage a larger case in the governments favor.. (my opinion, not fact)

Post 9/11 legislation changed alot of laws and rights we take for granted. There was alot of amendments made to current and existing laws that invade and exploit our "privacy". Bush and his "warhawk" committee's want to kow everything about anyone. Now that information that keep on record is then processed and if any red flags or key words or terms appear they look into it.

Now i am sure they have better things to do with our national security issues then follow up on some pellets for your ears but if some rambungeous agent gets ahold of that info he/she could actually investigate why some 20 year old who lives in an apartment in inner city USA is buying kit after kit , they could indeed come ask you questions... I am not some conspiracy theorist but i am a thinker and a realiest. You can never be too sure or too safe when it comes to anabolic anything. As long as sports and steroids are in the paper and in the same sentence the FEDS will be always watching, looking and waiting.... be smart they are not stupid geek desk jockies who know nothing about this juice buying-using-dealing world..

You aboslutely said it perfect... the fact is, when sport greats who are idols of many teens and young atheletes get noticed for using sports enhancements (legal or illegal), those supplements get acquired, used, abused, and misused.... when something attracts the nations youth and it causes notable news worthy stories to become common place conversations among gung ho parent associations etc, it WILL become a target for pursecution...

I'd like to say I disagree and that it is a bad thing.. but as kids we have fun, as we grow and get older we learn through experience, as we have kids we have the same conerns (heroin among 12yr olds etc), those things I'd prefer to have ridiculed, AAS of course not b/c anyone acquiring these things should be mature AND old enough to use them... mentally AND physically.

Oh and by the way, I do NOT criticize anyone for recreation habbits or anything. I've made it a point to TRY to not prejudge people based off of first impression or by others opinions... i tend to cautiously make my own conclusions as much as possible..

(and before kids I loved rec stuff but my priorities have changed and still have friends who use rec... not judged, just not the ideal babysitting candidate... know what i mean?)

Some of us learn by watching others by doing.. in the end we all want what is best for that person... i do not judge so much now that i am almost 40 and chose to learn things my own way and learned from my mistakes.. The one thing i was careful not to do was learn at someone elses expenses... i took the lumps for my faults and short comings..

we all want to be great in someway or another but i wish the best for all of those who want to learn i just wish sometimes we could learn from others not from repeating those mistakes and not hearing "i told you so'..lol..

Best of luck to all of you
