Finished up this cut cycle and started Clomid today so that means it's time to plan out the next round. I want to start back in 6 weeks,I'm using the Time Off= Time On/2 formula :)
This last cutting cycle was a sucess. Current stats @ just over 5'10'',210#,8% bf. I don't really want to drop below 8%bf because I still do alot of mtn biking and I'm not preping for a contest. I'd like to hold the bf at 8-10% during this next cycle and add some more mass,a modified bulk cycle I guess. The one after this cycle, in the fall, will be a true pigfest bulker, but for the summer, I still want to be able to take my clothes off in public ;)

So here's the plan,critique any/all of this:

"Bridge" starting today with creatine/glutamine/arginine alpha-ketoglutarate/and continue HGH 3U/d with 5on/2off.

Frontload 2g Prop. Enhanced Sust. 1st week in July

Weeks 1-10: 300 Prop.Enhanced Sust/200 EQ every 3rd day (works out to 700 P.E.Sust/wk + 466 EQ/wk)

Weeks 1-4: Dbol 50mg/d

Weeks 6-12: Tren 60mg/d

Weeks 11-12: Prop 75/d

HGH 3U/d with 5on/2off

HCG 1000U/dayx3days Weeks 3/6/9

Femara 2.5/d throughout

T3 pyramid weeks 3-10

Usual post cycle Clomid+DHEA

Keep protein=420g/d Carbs=500g/d Fat=whatever I get out of a clean diet high in red meats,I hate counting fat grams.

I usually don't like middle of the road cycles, you cut...or you bulk.....but I'm going to try and fine tune the diet as I go along so I can add mass with minimal fat. Realistic? I'm not sure but WTF if nothing else I love being "on" anyways. Anyone with experience in"modified bulk cycles"I'd like to hear how it went....or any other ideas........

I remember from talking with you awhile back that you have something similar planned Gear101. July is a perfect start time, your jacked til the end of September if you run it for 12 weeks, and then after a short breather you can start a bulk cycle around Thanksgiving that will take you thru all the big food holidays guilt free. That's my long term plans anyways.

Thanks for the feedback,MB.

I started EQ and test and plan on running that for 10 weeks. Then run prop and tren for 5 weeks. Then start another bulk cycle. I will be jacked the whole year:D :D :D

Looks good. Although I'm wondering why you're going with a t3 ramp during a bulking cycle? It might be better for gaining muscle to do a low dose like 12.5 straight through during those same weeks. Just a thought,.

Deca, I love your Time Off= Time On/2 formula , lol. I think I'll use that if I ever decide to come off, lol.

My thoughts were it would help keep the fat off.....but I like your idea even better, low dose to enhance protein synthesis, that also will help the HGH....I'm going to go with the low dose recommendation and only ramp it if the bf% gets away from me. I'm hoping to control that with just diet/cardio but I'll be walking a fine line. Thanks for the good advise.

MB,are you going "off" at all this year then????or are you using BSBwell's formula:

Time Off=Time On - Time On

I loved that math,lol.

Time Off=Time On - Time On,lol, yup. Bstrong brought up a good point. I missed that ramping part, lol. I am also running T3 at .25 for weeks 5-10
