I've increased my protein intake to about 350g a day since I've been on cycle. However, I can't keep the food in me. About 30min after each meal, I have to run to the bathroom and let it all out. I've tried different sources of protein including chicken, eggs, tuna, turkey, beans. Everything comes out right after I'm done eating. Not to even mention that I can't stay in a room by myself without sufficating myself with the odor that comes out of my ass. Do you guys take or know of any digestive aids that will help with the absorption of protein after a meal. I know of ginger root and have tried it, but it didn't work that great for me.
