I'm still recovering from a back injury, but still plan to do a contest in late
Sept. I was in week three of my first cycle when I injured my back
and decided to stop. Anyway I guess by mid June I will be 100%.
I need help planning a contest stack. Looking for optimal hardness
and vascularity. I am 21yrs old 6' 230lbs. @ 8% body fat. This will
be my first real cycle so I might have to take it easier than the
vets on this board. Any help is much appreciated.

I can suggest doseages and what works best for muscle density, but I have no idea about WHEN if you run the risk of being tested...

Fina 75mg/ed Last 6wks
Winstrol 50mg/ed Last 6wks
Test Prop 150mg/eod for 1-12wks
Primobolan Depot 400-500mg/wk for 1-12wks
You might also look into Clen/T3/ECA...

That will get you hard and lean with no water-retention. I am not a pro, just know what get me lean and hard... So wait for others to respond.

That is way to much for his first cycle. He will be a walking pin cushion,lol. Try this for your first time.

week 1-10 400mg T200

*you can also add winny week 5-10 at 50mg ED to get cut. Just watch your diet.

I agree with MB on this one. Since, it's his firs cycle no need to over do it. This is what I would recomend

weeks 1-10 400mg t200
weeks 1-10 400mg EQ

Simple and should be very effective with a good diet and training.
