Puffy nipples does not mean you have gyno bro. If you have gyno, you will have a lump under your ariola. It starts out as a small, hard BB sized lump, and grows if its not taken care of. Put your hand behind your head, and gently push back, then feel around the nipple on that side with the other hand. Just like a woman does when checking themselves for lumps in their breasts. Later

If they are always puffy (off cycle) then I wouldn't worry about it. If you go on cycle and they start to puff up, it's because the estrogen is triggering water retention and the organization of breast tissue (fatty deposits). Alot of guys develop the initial signs of gyno as teens when all that excess free test is first raging in the system...and it aromatises into estrogen. It's not uncommon bro. If you start to look like a National Geographic native, then I'd look at surgery, lol.
