Iam 6foot seven 300ilbs but my legs are long and skinny my calfs mostly was thinking synthol 1cc 10 days 2ccs 10days than 3ccs for last 10 each head. hopefully 3 inches

IMHO.. i'd say way from the S oil for awhile.. really have to be good at shooting that stuff.. it's going to burn like hell.. i'd just do some good old fashion AS and work the hell out of them..

i think that u would b a fool to shoot that shit into your calves or anywhere for that matter.....i mean seriously....whatever happened to good old hard work??y not get calf implants like the guy on mtv??!! sheesh....but just my 2 cents.

I understand where you are comming from. Sometimes it does not matter how hard you work them. I have tried everything in the world for mine. 3 times a week, 2 times a week, 1 time a week, heavy weight with low reps and lighter weight with higher reps. Calves are a lot of genetics. Everything on my body grows way faster than my calves. I have thought about synthol. I have read a lot on it. It supposedly works really well on calves. It is not the oil in there that will make them stay big. The oil leaves over a few weeks I think. It stretches the muscle fascia and allows you to build more muscle in this space. I would never think about doing like some of these freaks that overdue it, but have thought about it hard to catch the calves up. I just have not got up the balls yet to try it. I want to do a few more cycles and see if I can get them to grow first.

bro's be patient, i really don't think synthol is worth it. i used to have 13 inch calves and now they're 18 inches. it took a year and a half of grueling workouts plus two cycles. what worked for me was stimulating the fast and slow titch fibers in the muscle. i pounded my calves 3-4 times a week. i would alternate between slow heavy movments on one day and fast moderate wieght movements the next. on heavy days i would so 5 sets of 12 and light days 5 sets of 25 per exercise. i noticed standing calf press, seated calf press, and standing alternating one legged dumbell raises did the trick. mind you everyone is different and this worked well for me. but, if you're willing to try synthol you should be willing to try anything. good luck.

Calve shots with SEOs kill!! I tied them on several occasions and could'nt walk for a week after the shot most times!! Too many nerves in that area for me!! 90% of guys can't handle calve shots!! You can try it and see if you are one of the lucky 10%.

I've done SEOs everywhere else with no pain. But calves hurt bro!!

Just give it time. Back in Feb. I started to really focus on improving my calves.
I work the out everyday that I lift and have added some serious size to them.
Take a two week break from working them out and then try working them
out every time you lift. You may even want to make it the first thing you do
every time you hit the gym. I promise you will see gains
