I wonder what Gear Ken Shamrock used durig his UFC bouts> He had a great physique ......not a bad combo to be a world class shoot fighter as well. I would like to look similar to that. .....Not sure what happened....bujt we have all had the wrong thing to say at some point....no worries.....enjoy the board......I have
