Pre-Contest Cycle Help

I am competing in my first show this November and need some advice on my pre-contest cycle. I am currently 220, 5'11", and was last tested at 9.3% b/f.

20 weeks out
GH-4 IU's daily-I will take GH all the was through till contest time.

Weeks 1-6
600mg of Test Prop per week
600-800mg of EQ per week
75mg of tren EOD
.5mg of Armidex ED

Week 6-12-this will take me to contest time
30mg ED Anavar
100mg ED Winny
50mg ED Masteron
.5mg of Armidex
Clen+cynomel
Dyazide diuretic week before show

2200mg ED ALA throughout

I would like your feedback on this cycle. Does anyone have any suggestions to substitute tren with prop and EQ? Any suggestions on the proper application of Dyazide would also be appreciated. Thanks Bros.
 
first I would use the Tren closer to contest time. Personally I have a show in 3 weeks and I am using tren for 10 weeks. The first 6 weeks at 80mg EOD, and 100mg ED the last 4 weeks, and I am using till 3 days out when I start dehydrating I would use the Eq for a longer period also. Do not use the Diazide for a week bro. Start 3 days out, and thats it. If you go onstage and pass out, or can't keep your composure because of dehydration, you will lose! Diazide is a good choice, I would consider using Aldactone also though. If you want to keep your water retention down, use 1mg of Arimadex, instead of .5mg. I would also use the prop until 1-2 weeks out, to help maintain size while you are cutting hard. I am using it till 1 weeks out personally. The only other thing I would say is, unless you are getting real injectable masteron, and not the oral Methyl DHT that claims to be masteron, go with Halo instead. You will be a lot harder and much happier with the results. Good luck! Later
 
Well he basically covered everything I would change also, I would also loos the clen and t 3 a few days before the show. Those both make me get winded very easily and that's not something you want to do onstage.

If you don't know how to carb load and or do your water you can email me if you want. You can use the GH up until about 5-7 days out, then stop it.

ALSO, POSE POSE POSE, practice posing for 30min at least 3-5 times a week starting asap. SOOO many first timers forget to pose correctly on stage, you have to make it second nature. Go to a hardware store and see if you can buy those big 4 x 8 sheets of mirrored glass so you can see everything. Make sure you flex EVERY MUSCLE EVERY TIME on EVERY POSE.
 
I completely agree. Plus, get a good posing coach. Not just someone that has done a few shows either, but someone that has competed on a national level and placed well, and that is going to push you to succeed. They can also help with your routine, diet, and pre-contest prep (sodium and carb loading, dehidrating, using pro-tan, etc). Ask around at the gym, and you should be able to find one, if not, go to a local show and usually you can get some info there. I thought I was pretty good at posing, because everyone said I looked great. But I now have a posing coach, and she made an enormous difference in the way I look when I'm posing. AND, I MEAN A HUGE DIFFERENCE! I look bigger, wider, more shredded, and a lot more symmetrical than I did. My hamstrings are not as well developed as I would like because I have 2 herniated discs and several other problems in my lower back. But, she showed me how to maker them appear larger during side poses, and it made one hell of a difference in the . She is pretty expensive, but well worth the money I am spending. I am positive she made the difference between me placing well, and winning the whole damn thing! Remember, you have worked hard to gain mass, so you need to know how to show it. Later
 
Oh one more thing. DO NOT CHEAT ON YOUR DIET. You can eat your crap food later, right now it's only 108 octane fuel you should be putting in yourself, not 87 octain garbage that everyone else does.


You should also aim to be at or under 10% at 12 weeks out. The lee preist craszy bulking to crazy cutting cycles only works if your a genetic freak like him, lol.
