b team days

hey guys im now a weekend warrior, but in my day at spring high school i was the captain of my b team football punt squad. I am now currently 5ft 11 158 pounds . Pretty solid guy if i dont mind saying so. I need some advice on training , diet, and is it safe for me to take protein and take it with my multi vitamins. Im currently working out with 20 lb dumbells (not to be a bragger) any advice would help thank you b team rules.

Protein is safe if your healthy and have no kidney impairment.

Few questions to help pinpoint some suggestions:
Age? What are your fitness goals? Are you going to a gym or are you restricted to 20lb dumbells for training?
 
food bro you need to eat more.. eat everything that has a high protein, carbs and lower on sugar and fats.. eat eat eat 6 meals ED

Yep. Next thing you know, he'll have some rare form of leukemia and be crying because he's down to the 10lb dumbells and getting weaker every day....
