I'm OK ... Just insanely busy recently ... plus, had problems getting onto the new board ... I'm an idiot, what can I say ...

I've been working 60 hours per week, studying for my exercise science degree, studying to get my sports conditioning specialist cert, going through the aggravating process of selling my share of the family business, etc etc etc.

getting back into being a PT full-time, wrote a book on Metabolism tips and tricks which I am selling a good amount of ... plus training like a madman trying to get myself up to par with the rest of ya'll ... LOL ...

I understand not adding me to the mod list ... but I promise to be a good member here ....

Thanks Presser, zoop, and ded.

Once I make the transition from where I am working now to getting my schedule the way I want it (as a PT), I will actually have a few days off per week instead of working every day ... LOL ... That should free me up to actually spend some time around here.

ded, shoot me a PM.

The book is written for someone "natural" looking for fat loss by using supplements and dietary ratios to manipulate metabolism ... but, if you read between the lines, you can see where someone could use "stronger methods" as a substitute for what supplements I listed. The first chapter is a 10 step process of what to do, what to take, when to switch it up, and how to manipulate your diet each step of the way.

Plus, I give a bunch of basic info on using MRP's, protein basics, using CKD guidelines, and a glossary of supplements/vitamins/etc.

I list info on AM cardio, Interval training for max fat loss, and lifting routines for fat loss, metabolic re-setting, and maximum recovery.

All of that stuff is kinda a given for most on the board here, but then again, you all aren't my target audience. LOL. The fattys with the money and no clue about diet and exercise are.

Does that make me a sell-out?

Pumdog, I hope you make a killing on the book. How are you marketing it? I know a little about the subject, LOL...maybe I could help you out.

Right now, I am getting alot of word-of-mouth from a diet board that my girl mods on ... They are the target audience ...

Plus, my site is listed on the major search engines, and I am involved in some pay-per-click search engine "sponsored links" for search terms that would be used by people looking for a book of this type ...

I also do some banner exchange and banner ads, but that is all minor stuff.

I am selling quite a few this way, so we'll see how it goes ... Still always open for suggestions though ... LOL ... :)
