ous use it just like reg clen, just be a bit more conservative with the dose. just ramp up as usuall and back off when the shakes are unbearable, just like reg clen. the ketotifen will make the clen feel stronger, so adjust the dose according to how you react.
you can also run it longer than 2wks at a time. the keto keeps you from downregulating and losing its effectiveness.
