Ok .. as the topic says:

Which method is SAFER or why? List some pro's and con's based off of experience or knowledge... some opinions are good just try to back them up if possible:

Western Union/Moneygram
Paypal
Cash express/priority

On that note how about this:

Which shipping method is safest?

UPS
FedEX
USPS (priority vs express)
DHL

List some pro's and con's and why you say what you say.. i'm curious as to know what people truely know.

For example.. ups loses more packages.. FedEX is faster, or USPS is better b/c of the law/constitution etc... or WU flags your name when you recieve this much in this much time.. .. whatever you know please tell.. it'd be good to hear any updates based on fact AS WELL AS experiences!

I've always used ExpressPost in Canada. I've never had a problem yet. I've sent lots of cash, just had it concealed well. You can do it with or without signature. And the rates are really cheap.

I prefer to send cash if the source is backed...Its just easier.

AS far as shipping goes-Definitely USPS. They are a magor client of mine and they don't have their shit together. EX. The USPS runs an annual debt of $150-$200 million a year. You have companies like Fed Ex, Airborne, & UPS that are faster, less expensive, and run huge surpluses each year. In the last yr. the govt, has monitored these co's much more causing their profit margins to rise slightly in an effoet to make the USPS more cost competitive. Why? B/C the USPS is owned by the Govt.

USPS cash for everything domestic (although I do send cash to Canada occasionally via UPS overnight letter).

Western Union for everything international (very seldom).

USPS and Cash.

USPS packages cannot be opened for inspection from local law enforcement without a warrent from what I have been told. With a cash transaction is it possible for the entire transaction to take place without either party divulging thier real names. I use USPS express for sending Cash and USPS priority (2-3) day for returning packages both methods I waive the signature and pay for delivery conformation.

Westernunion is a ripoff with thier fee's. Never used moneygram.
