I just went for an ultrasound and they said they didnt see anything! Now I fee la lump and the doctor feels a lump but the ultrasound showed nothing! I am just gonna have them look I guess when I see the actual surgeon!

Ultrasounds rely on differences in density to generate a picture .When you also factor in resolution of the image (varies model to model) and differences in operator technique,it's not always easy to see something that is small (generally under 1cm diam) and isodense with the surrounding tissue.
Fat is a particularly bad medium for ultrasound resolution( by contrast fat actually enchances a CT scan's resolution)
So if you can feel it,and it's not showing up,chances are that it's benign, fatty, isodense tissue.
I had a lump come up last spring and went to see a plastic surgeon,he felt it and started talking about serial ultrasounds and evaluating it for a few weeks. I told him I'd rather he take it out instead. He took a few steps back and said "sure, when do you want it done?" and I said "NOW!"
I was in the operating room that afternoon and before long was looking at my lump as it sat in a stainless steel bowl. He did a great job, opened right at the nipple margin, not a single external stitch, and healed without scar/pucker or any nipple sensation/nerve damage. Was lifting again in less than 2 weeks.
Now you can't tell there was ever anything there.
I'm sure you're checking out your surgeon, mine had alot of prior experience with BB's and breast work. He should be willing to show you some pic's as well as references and results from prior patients.
Anyways, gearedup,Good Luck,I know how you feel bro. Let me know if there's anything else I can do to help.

Thanks man I figure they can take a look anyways when I get the lipo done!

I know its there I can feel it!
