Opinions on my new summer split.

Below is the new off-cycle routine I am considering. The volume is reduced from my current 6 day a week plan. I have always been a higher volume trainer. I don't respond well to low volume workouts. Everthing with the exeption of heavy squats are performed in an "I go you go" format. No extra rest exept for the time it takes to change weight. Workout durations are 1-1/2 hours MAX...

I was going to run this for the rest of the summer until I start my next cycle. I work legs twice per week because they are lagging in size. Let me know what you think.
