wow what a great welcoming. alittle about me. im 25 years old. been training for 5 years. i am not huge, but in good shape. i hope to reach 200lbs someday. im 5'9" @ 160lbs. i am on 500mgs of cyp and 30-40mgs of dbol. i just started week 2 of this cycle. im running it for 9 weeks. this is my first cycle. i did a cyp only cycle about 8 months ago but only for 3 weeks and had to stop. i have not noticed anything from this cycle yet. i thought the dbol would have felt the dbol but nothing yet. i get plenty of rest and know i need to eat more. so thats about it. i hope to gain some weight on this cycle. i have been working out har d, but not overtraining. so thats about it. hope to learn more and meet some cool people. c-ya:D

update. i just got done lifting and the dbol has kicked in. i was putting up the weight i usually workout with no problem at all. strength has increased noticably:D

Sounds like you did your homework, that's a great first cycle bro!
A little tip on the dbol, take 10-15mg right before your workouts, you'll see veins you never knew you had, hella big pump :) I usually do that and then spread the rest throughout the day. Sounds like your cycle is kicking in nicely, just remember that diet is is critical, if you size is your goal eat everything in sight, especially things with protein in it.... see that fly on the windowsill? EAT IT! :D

welcome...and remember...once u r 180 lbs...u must continue to EAT like a 180lber...not the 160lber u once were.
