I've heard some guys talk about this along time ago for using it on puffy nips. I've heard that models sometimes use it under there eyes too. My question is how long does it help with the puffiness and does it smell? I have a pool party and I just want to do any little thing to help. And as easy as it is to take this post to a whole different level, try and answer it first

not sure...i was really hung over one morning... thought it was toothpaste and my lips shrunk a bit, but that is a whole different story.

i heard it was good for stretch marks but they got recalled because of some the of contents. the cosmetics industry was complaining.

Prep H will only reduce the sub Q water temperarily. Once you discontinue its use, the water will come back. The skin likes to have a layer of water. Some people have more than others.

So yes it will work on puffy nips if your nips are holding water. But if its gyno, then the only cure is sergery.

thanks for killing my hopes peewee. anyway, it does have a weird smell. its main ingredient is something called witch hazel, or something like that, it is an oily substance. as for removing gyno naturally, check out my post on gyno, presser recommended using Castor oil, pretty crazy but in desperation, why not try it.

I used Prep H on my abs and thighs, then went to sit in the suana for 1/2 hr. Boy was i nice and lean!!!!

But as pewee said,,if you getting signs of gyno Prep H wont really help, You need to either stop what ur doing or add in some Nolvedex or Arimidex.

Thanks everyone.....I don't have any gyno symptons just holding a little water from my cycle. Now I just have to get the nerve to buy it at the drugstore

I've used it on my nips before when I had puffy nips to make then less puffy, but it doesn't last long. I've smeared all over my upper torso once before to tighten up and see what it made me look like. It makes you look a little more ripped momentarily by reducing subq water. I hear models use it before photo shoots to look tighter.

I use the 40mg **Prep H for precontest . I gained 50lbs lbm off of it.

hey there its preety good for losing some water for a couple of hours, i retain a lot of water in the face on cycles, so sometimes i put some on my face a thin layer, and a little time later, face is tighter and less puff lol thats why models use it, its like a hemmorids cutting gel lol
