Sounds like a lot of hot air to me. Basicly a protein shake with some "herbal relaxants". I think you could get the same results by taking a Valium before bed and then drinking a mixed protein shake(whey/casein/albumin combo). Nothing to high tech about that,just my 2cents on it,.............. NPMC is a silent killer.

I used 1 box, would not buy it again, maybe helped aid in sleep a lil, not worth the price.
