Can you hit a nerve in your delt? Just shot while ago and when I poke it hurt really bad and pain went down my whole arm. Im just sticking to the glutes from now on I have no troubles with them.
That happened to me once. No real reason for it other than placement and the placement wasn't that far off the normal spot. It was sore for a day or so then it went away.
I love shooting delts. I've done about 8 cycles and I use them as oftne as I can but rotate often enough with the glutes and some times quads. I have never hit a nerve there yet.
