Protein Intake

Quick Question for Everyone. How do you guys get your 300 - 400 grams of protein a day. I eat alot of Chicken and Tuna Fish but If I eat much more Tuna I'll have to take up swimming with my newly acuired gills. Otherwise I take Shakes to make up difference. What do you guys do for protein intake? Also how much can your Body digest of protien, I thought it was around 30 - 40 grams every couple of hours but im prob off on that number.
 
Steak,burgers,eggs ecxt. There is soo much good shiet with alot of protein. When on AS and bulkin you should take two grams per each pound you weigh. Also juice will help you use up most of that protein. Ecxactly how much it will use, I can't tell you. Last but not least, when bulking in terms of calories and protein it is better to have and not need.
 
you are rite 30-40 every 2-3 hours. even when u wake up for a for a midnight leak have a protien shake then too. if u wanna cut uo i suggest get 200g of protien from shakes since it has little carbs. if u wanna bulk then get your ass to a fastfood joint and order your self 5 big n tasty's for 99c each. hope this helped. oh yeah make sure you divide the shake through out the day. i knew some stupid guys in past who would take 100g of protien in one shake. a persons body can only digest up to 30-50g protien in one sitting.
 
Stop it madchemist...why do you need to bring up the dollar menu when I'm not at Burger King or McDonalds!!! I love that shit!

at vitamin world, their store brand protein shake, photoplex has 34 grams of protein in one shake, taste pretty good too compared to the others. its cheaper than myoplex.
 
I wouldn't suggest fast food unless you've got a fast metabolism. Just go with the following...

Protein Shakes (Protein Powder, Milk, wheat germ, ice) = Low carb & about 60g Protein.
Chicken Breast
Turkey Breast
Orange Ruffy (really good fish)
Mahi Mahi
Canned Tuna
Flank Steak
Filet Mingon (sp)
Egg whites with a few yolks mixed in.
Unsalted peanuts / Sunflower Seeds / Mixed Nuts (Go nuts! LOL)
Oatmeal in the morning for fiber and good carbs.

Foods like that will give you proper nutrients while on cycle and the size you want without the extra fat.

here's my day today...

I'm cutting right now at wk 11 out from my first contest and wk14 out from my second one. I have quite a few shakes in there today, sometimes I skip the shake and add an extra peice of meat.
