I was reading some fax on T-3 and when you ramp up to 100 mcg a day should you take it at once or spread it out during the day?

p.s anyone want to send me 50 T-3 for just just a cool guy?

I talked to a friend awhile back who is a pharm. and he told me that t3 can be taken all at once, there is no benefit to spreading the dose out, it was designed to release slow during the day

Yep,once a day. Make sure you get enuf to build up and taper,you can't run out and stop cold without a taper....not a good thing to do.
