bad bed or bad kneck?

Put the matress on a hard suface. It has helped me quite a bit. I used a waterbed frame and had a custom sized regular matress made for it. You could probably put plywood between the matress and the box spring. Or, do away with the box spring all together and put in cross boards with plywood on top of it, then the matress. Later

You may want to look into those mattresses that have the foam memory (I have no idea what they're called, although I have one). They sell them at sleepy's etc. It conforms to your body and doesn't sag, when you get up it goes back to its normal position. Kinda on the expensive side, but man do you sleep good!

Hey presser, I think it's time for a new mattress/box spring set. I just replaced my simmons pillowtop with a stearns & foster set and I'm glad I did. My back feels 100% better and now I'm sore only from my workouts, not from sleeping.

I wouldn't use the plywood idea because that doesn't fix the problem with your mattress. Besides, the box spring is supposed to work together with the mattress.

Fortunately, mine was under warranty so I only had to pay the difference in price (about $500). Hopefully your's is too.

I have the same problem press... thought it was the bed, then I switched to a really firm bed...same problem! I think it's the way I toss and turn while I sleep.

yup, lol... I never know which way to lay...pillows twisted every fucking which way to keep my arms and legs propped. If I don't do that, I end up getting numb and tingly in the hands/arms. Of course, a comfortable position only lasts for....ummm.... 5 whole seconds, then it's twist my ass around time to face the other way.... Hell, half the time, I get booted out because I keep my wife awake....fuck, glad it's not only me.

Sleep on the floor for a week then you will love your bed. I really need a new bed, im in the same boat tossing and turning. I have a futon for god sake!
