Well I have been talking with a top bodybuilder and he has been changing my mind about alot of things I have been reading. First off bridging is bad and staying on for a long time is bad also. He knows a few different docs. that he is cool with and they all say the same. Bridging does not clean out your receptors. You need to take at least 4 weeks off so your body cleans out it's blood cells and brings in the new.....He is a top competitor and never did more then a 10 week cycle. When you bridge you are not cleaning out your blood cells which is the key. I was planning on doing a 25 week cycle but after talking with him and some other information he shared I will not be doing it. Just thought I share that with everybody.
