bridging and long cycles

Well I have been talking with a top bodybuilder and he has been changing my mind about alot of things I have been reading. First off bridging is bad and staying on for a long time is bad also. He knows a few different docs. that he is cool with and they all say the same. Bridging does not clean out your receptors. You need to take at least 4 weeks off so your body cleans out it's blood cells and brings in the new.....He is a top competitor and never did more then a 10 week cycle. When you bridge you are not cleaning out your blood cells which is the key. I was planning on doing a 25 week cycle but after talking with him and some other information he shared I will not be doing it. Just thought I share that with everybody.

Well I will be taking a 4 week break to let my body bring in the new cells instead of doing a straight 25 week cycle.

I will let you know Monday. I will be talking with him this weekend. I will actually try and get him on here. I had him on here but then we switched boards and he could not login. I explained it so hopefully he will figured it out. If not I will get him on by the end of this weekend.

Wouldn't this vary depending on the AAS you were using? I mean, with long acting esters like in sustanon, in 4 weeks, you'd just then be getting to the point where your normal test was recovering, right?

Just take a 4 week break. When you start your clomid that's when the count down begins. You can add a short ester at the end of the cycle so it's out right away.

So how long should one wait between cycles?
You guys are saying a month. Someone else said 2 months, to let the androgen receptors do whatever it is they do when they're not being bombarded with drugs. Another guy I know waited 8 months and someone said his receptors would be virtually virgin again. And someone else on the board said enjoy your first run because it'll never be that good again...

I've been off for somewhere around 5-7 weeks and the reforvit and test are calling to me. I hear them each night... they talk back and forth and call me names, telling me I can't hang, then they laugh and snicker and say they're just kidding and they only want to help me and they would never do anything bad to me and don't I want to be big and don't I want to get stronger, etc., etc..

What should I do? I feel myself weakening, figuratively and literally... I can hardly even bring myself to train when I'm not on a run... by comparison, what is the point? Maintenance?

Anything else on this MBS?
I'm thinking about trying it, then bridgeing w/Primo and then not coming off for a while. Still up in the air about staying on (Doing alot off research).
Gearedup, You stayed on for a while, how did you run it? just curious.

Well I have talked with him. He might be getting on here but he doesn't really like going on boards because of all the BS he hears. Anyway like I said bridgeing still does not let you old blood cells go and let new ones come in which is a big key. It takes 4 weeks that's it. That's all the time you need. He has changed my diet and switched some things in my cycle. I'm in my 5 week now and he said I will put on 20 to 30 more pounds if I listen to him. I will be getting my new cycle today!!!!!I will let you guy's know how it goes. He always takes at least 4 weeks off. Never did more then a 1000mg he usally does 600mg. It's all about your diet and training. That's why he hates coming onto the boards because he reads some people's cycles and can't believe what there taking. He stats are 5'8 4-5% at 250. In the off season he is 300. So I will be trying his way. He didn't get that far from being stupid, lol.

If you are bridging it is not letting your body clean out the old blood cells and bring in the new. Do what you want bro but if you take 4 weeks off you will not loose that much plus when you hit it again you will be all refreshed, lol. Towards the end of your cycle just add prop for the last 2 weeks. So when the cycle is done it is done and you can start clomid therapy. Three weeks of clomid then 1 week off of everything then your all ready to go again.

GOOD POST

This is a refreshing approach to this subject.

I am thinking of giving it a try also but one thing that has worried me is full recovery of your HTPA. I am 35 now and don't want to end up on HR therapy for the rest of my life because I subjected my system to too much "down time". This is something the 20 year olds probably don't have to worry about as much.

very good point Taz. 4 weeks is not nearly enough time to get your endogenous hormones back to their correct levels. Depending on your cycle length and medication taken, it could take months for your endocrine system to figure out where it needs to be.

well not to flame you but i dont have faith in doctors anymore. i have caught many doctors in mistakes. they dont know it all. i have actually told doctors what i need. they think cause they are the doc you should just accept whatever meds they offer you. well if this was the case my grandmother would of been dead from her doctors orders. doctors are crokked and will put you on meds cause they are in with the pharmaceutical company. not to say your buddies doc doesnt know what he is talking about cause im sure he is right. of course your body needs a rest. this is common knowledge. anyways just my opinion. doctors dont always know best
