I have read two articles that really interested me lately. One in flex and one in this months Men's health. In flex it said even small doses of caffeine can cut any muscle gain by 50%. In Men's health it said doses as small as 50mgs could cut gains by 50% and creatine and many other aminos, A long list, plus other supplements would also be minimized in their functionality. As of today no more caffeine at all for me. If these statements are true eca stacks are obliterating possible gains.

yeah, I read those too. I don't use ECA unless I'm cutting anyway, but everynow and then I pop afew before workout to get the blood moving.

I have 4-5 cups every morning. Oh well-another habit that's hard to break.
Sound a little extreme to me.
Hinders gains or suppresses appetite?

I drink Starbuck's Iced Latte's (non-fat) :p everymorning... I still put on 20lbs last cycle... I doubt it hinders gains by 50%, but it will hinder gains never-the-less.

I'm not giving up the coffee no matter what some articles say about it. No way.
