Request for opinions on GH - how much?

A friend of mine who is a doctor says that 1/2 iu/day of GH is enough to double a person's GH levels, so my question is, why does 4 iu/day seem to be the minimum amount I see bodybuilders taking? If it helps, here's where I stand: 26, 218lbs, 9%bf, have done 2 solid cycles and am staying on a low dose of test right now (350mg/wk) until I decide what to do next. My last cycle was decent, but I didn't concentrate on eating enough and I didn't lead the cleanest of lifestyles on the weekends. It seems like I've hit a wall regardless of that though, and I need some opinions on what amount of GH would be beneficial without driving me into bankruptcy. I usually subscribe to the "less is more" theory and was thinking of going with 1-2 iu/day - what do you guys think?

So do you think that my doctor is correct that 1/2 iu will double GH levels? If so, wouldn't 3 iu's be overkill?
 
You need to more than double your GH to get good results bro. Hell, you can double your natural GH with OTC-GH products. 3iu is actually very conservative. For optimal results you should use 6-8iu per day, every day with T-3 and insulin. But 1mg ED will yeild some good results, and not flatten your wallet as fast. Later

I'm probably not educated enough on slin to use it yet, but you also suggested T3. Why? For the protein synthesis effects or as a fat burner? Or both?
Would you suggest a pyramid like this one from the article Stick posted a while back:

12.5mcg for 5-7 days (optional but recommended) = 1.75

37.5mcg for 5 days = 3.75 tabs
75mcg for 15 days = 22.5
50mcg for 5 days = 5
37.5mcg for 5 days = 3.75
25mcg for 5 days = 2.5
12.5 mcg for 5 days = 1.25
6.25mcg for 5-7 days = .875

And then do maybe 2 weeks ECA and repeat?
Or would you run a small dose of T3 all the way through? How much? This is a new line of thinking to me because it's so long-term.... I plan to be on the GH for at least a few months, hopefully more if I can afford it, so what I know about ancillaries doesn't really apply here.
And what about AAS cycles? Do you run them as normal, running the GH amount all at the same time?

bump, I would like to know more info about GH as I've been interested in doing it for a while now.
 
There are a few good OTC-GH products that have been proven to work in scientific studies. I am at work right now and don't have access to my home computer files right now though. The reason to use T-3 with GH is because introduced GH lowers thyroid hormone levels, especially T-3. The thing about T-3 is I truly believe that most guys are using to high of a dosage. I wouldn't go above 50mcgs per day, unless you are a 280 lb monster. At 200-230 you don't need to ramp up to 100mcgs per day, 50mcg is plenty to raise your metabolism and get great results. I recently went on 50mcgs per day for 8 weeks for contest prep, and got my Bf down below 3% when I walked onstage. I didn't ramp usage at all either, and the results were better than I had anticipated. Later
