I am trying to prepare for a competition. Its a year away. for past three months i have been eating like a muthofuking animal. i have gained few pounds of muscle but i have also gone upto 20% bf. i have talked to many pros in the past few weeks. all of them have told me to start to get ripped already. so my question to u guys is that if i use winny, ana, t3, clen. can i still gain lean mass while cutting. or would the juice only preserve the muscle.

i will be dong 45 min cardio everymorning empty stomach. and 20min cardio after every workout. i will try to eat 300-350g of protien everyday. along with 100g carbs. 50g carbs after workout and 50 in the morning.


these are the following drugs that i have or that are on their way. so everyone please post their opinions on my training and suggestions on how to use the Drugs.


30amps of winny zambon.
100tabs of 5mg/tab winny.
50tabs of anavar 40mg/tab
100tabs of t3 20mcg/tab
50tabs of clen 40mcg/tab

one experienced guy i was talking to also suggested me to take a shot of sus. per week it will help me keep muscle mass during the heavy cardio.

Guys i am very knowledgeable in Anabolic Steroids. But like everyone else i am not perfect. so i would like to know everyones opinion on what i am doing or how should i do it. Remeber i have 1 year. in that one year i wanna gain atleast 20lbs of muscle mass and i wanna be ripped to bone. My current stats are 6.1feet, 203lb, 20% bf.

Different guys will give different opinions on this...I've seen a few different ways of looking at it. But what I've decided to go with is to keep 10-12%bf tops when bulking for roughly 8 months of the year, and use 4 months (16weeks) to prep for a few competitions grouped closely together. At 20%, 16weeks won't be long enough. Tha'ts why you were told to hit the diet sooner rather than later. When dieting, the test really won't help you build muscle, it's just there to compete with the cortisol and keep you from shrinking under the stress the diet causes. I'd definitely run a test at 400-500/wk plus your anavar. Ramp your T3 20/40/80/100/80/60/40/20. Cycle the clen with ECA alternating every 2 weeks. Hit the winny during the last 5 weeks of your cycle at 50/day. As far as getting into competition shape, you might run two 16week cutting cycles, with a 5-8 week break bewteen them so you can keep your sanity. Remember your goal in cutting is losing fat and getting ripped. Don't freak out by looking at the scale. Good luck on the competition prep!

i agree with BSTRONG but the last five weeks instead of 500mg of sust you could use prop @ 200mg eod and fina @ 100mg eod with the winny @ 50mg/day and get rid of some additional water weight. just my thoughts and nothing more. good luck bro!

If your show is a year away, you do not have to get ripped now. It would be a huge mistake. You can get your bodyfat down to managable levels by altering your diet, without the use of drugs. When you are getting ready for a show, you are trying to look your very best for one day. If you start to cut to early, you will run the chance of peaking to early, or zig-zagging and ending up looking flat and un-defined. I would try and lose Bf very slowly if I were in your shoes. Change your diet just enough to lose about 1/2 lb per week. But remember, you will also be putting on muscle mass, so you have to pay extremely close attention to your body and diet. Get down to 7 or 8% and then consentrate on building muscle and wait till about 4 weeks out and start cutting hard. Don't use T-3 until you need it, at about 6-8 weeks out. The most important thing I can tell you is to not expect or depend on drugs to do any of the work for you. If you do, you will not be happy with the results. Your diet is the most important thing when training for competition, and knowing your body and when and how to alter your training and diet is critical. You have a year bro, don't start jumping through hoops, and worrying about your show now, or you will get burned out. Good Luck!! Later

i compeletly understand your point bro. i was think the exact thing b4 i made the post. you know what i am gonna do though since i am extremely high bodyfat, i wanna do an 8week cutting cycle with ana, winny, clen, t3, test. in the next 10 weeks i will try to go down to 10%bf thefor 8 months i will try to gain lean mass slowly without gaining any fat and the last two month i will diet like a mutha fuka. Thanx a lot for the advise bro.

thanx bro for the advise. for the T3 how long should i take a brake b4 i start taking it again??

Personally, I think its a bad choice to do a cutting cycle now. You are throwing away 8 weeks that you could be building muscle. When you cut, you will lose muscle, even if you are on a heavy cycle. There is no getting around it. So the more muscle you have before you cut, the more muscle you will have when you walk onstage. Thats just my opinion though. Good luck!!! Later

the reason i wanna do a cutting cycle now is the same you are talking about, if i have a shit load of muscle and i am 25%bf b4 the competition i will lose a lot of muscle while trying to get down to 7%. so i wanna get shredded now and then i will try to gain mass slowly.
