How much ALA?

I think if its for liver, 1g/day for fat loss and other benefits (nutrient based) 2500-3g/day. Im not a pro on ala so check some other opinions.

That sounds good...just remember to take the ALA w/ food or plenty of water....not on an empty stomach. Very good for post workout meal.
