Hey guys I am into my 3rd cycle took first shot today...

750mg Sus/wk (1-8)
40mg Fina/ED (4-10)
75mg Prop/ED (9&10)
Liquidex .5mg/ED

I have done two cycles before this one and have been working out everyday hitting one muscle group a week, doing some kind of ab workout everyday and a small amount of cardio everyday and have been seeing good gains... I am on cycle now wont kick in for a couple weeks but I was wondering if training everyday is TOO hard on the body? Personally I have a slow metabolism so I find I need to be very active to keep lean.

HOW MANY DAYS DO YOU GUYS HIT THE GYM? HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK DO YOU DO ABS? HOW OFTEN DO YOU DO CARDIO?

CJ;)

When I was on I was training everything twice a week plus cardio. Since I came off I dropped back to training each body part once per week. When I am on my recovery time is next to nothing. The signs of overtrainging are pretty easy to read. Listen to your body and you will be find.

I go 5 days a week. When on I train 1 1/2 hours or so and when off I train 1 hour or so.

seriously, everyone should push it to the limit every so often just to know what hitting that point of overtraining feels like. You know it when it happens...and YES, you CAN definitely overtrain on cycle. AAS speeds up recovery (if diet and recovery are still good to go), but only by a limited margin. In other words, Instead of doing legs 1x/wk, you might now be able to get them in every 4-5 days. Its faster, but not exactly twice as fast if that makes sense. Every muscle is different, with smaller muscles recovering faster.

this is my first cycle at 1g test and 700 fina, and i cant stay out of the gym. i never experienced this kind of recovery on my previous cycles,
i can be sore in the morning and by night almost totally recovered. its nuts.
previously i would lift no more than 3 times a wk, now im doing 5-6, and making awesome gains.

eat lotsa protein.

I'm with superchicken on this one.

Before I tried AAS, I would only be able to hit each bodypart once a week. Leg day was monday and I'd be lucky if I were able to walk normally and get on and off the toilet by Friday.

THEN... the miracle happened. With some test, dbol, and deca, I started lifting 2 hours a day, hitting each bodypart about every third day simply because it felt like it was ready to go again. The whole experience was kinda confusing... I never got tired... I'd leave the gym 'cause I was hungry or had to go to work, not 'cause the muscles were fatigued. They'd get sore, and then in a day, would be NOT SORE. So I'd hit them again! What the hell! I gained around 20 lbs and lost a good 8-10 lbs of fat. Since I've been off (almost 2 months) my weight has dropped about 8-10 lbs, some water, some muscle, hopefully some fat, too.

T-Minus 10 days and counting til I hit the 8 week mark and can start again.

The moral of the story is LISTEN TO YOUR BODY and EAT!

I agree with WWAD
when i am on the hmb cycle lol
i cant get out of the gym, i have to force my self off,
i get sore for day or so and then i am ready to work out the body part again
i had to stop at working body parts to 2 times aweeek in fear of overtraining, but i could of easly done thre times a week per part
just feel your body out , it will tell you
and go crazy on the protein

overtraining feels like:
less motivating then previous workouts
decrease in normal strength, a little not mutch so you have to pay close attention.
body stays sore, longer
pumps are less
muscles aren't as full during the day
in worst cases you may even be tierd
this can also happen if you over diet, so take a day or two off and eat and rest and everything will be back to normal, also would say 2 on 1 off always works the best IMO, have tried them all...

You can overtrain on AAS just as easy as you can without it! AAS speeds up recovery, but not by enough to change your training schedule. It takes roughly 18 days for a muscle to completely recover after a strenuous training session. AAS just gets you closer to full recovery. In other words, train harder the days you lift, but don't add training sessions! Muscle Growth happens during recovery time, not when you are lifting! Give youself time to recover and you will grow. If you don't give yourelf time to recover, you are wasting all your efforts and might as well just be a fitness fanatic and not a BBer! Later

I'm with napalm. Don't add sessions. I don't even increase exercises, sets and reps... I just up the weight.
Like Napalm said you grow during recov. Make your sessions harder, but stick to your rest.

I also agree with what chem says. Your body is hard on you... but it's also plays fair. It will allways tell you when something is wrong. Off course as chem says, you will need too listen to these signals.
