i really have no experience using t3 so bare with me.
can i just take 20-40mcg for 2months ed. instead of ramping it. lets say if i do ramp it for ten days after how many days do i start again.

Before you start taking this what are you goals? Plus, what are you planning on taking this with?

You can run it like that straight through, Napalm just did it at 50mcg which he said worked really well. I'd imagine that you'll feel pretty drained when you go cold turkey though if you don't ramp down...hell, I feel pretty drained when I DO ramp down. I don't understand what you mean about ramping 10 days and then starting again though?

Actually, I should have said that the first and last week I used 25mcgs per day, and 50mcgs the rest of the time. What I have came to find out is, unless you are the size of a pro BBer, you do not need to ramp up to 100, or even 75mcgs. I truly believe 50mcgs is plenty for a guy that has a lean body weight of less than 210Lbs, that is dieting either to get ripped, or for a show. When you cut, you lose muscle, even on a heavy cycle. There is no getting around this fact. You can get to a low Bf (5-6%) without a lot of muscle loss, but to get ripped, you have to lose muscle....period. If you are taking T3, the muscle mass loss can be dramatic when you are not eating carbs, and are only eating protien. You look terific, but it plays games with your head when you lose that much mass. I wanted to quit every day, especially the last 8 weeks. I was on an increadibly heavy cutting cycle and all togehter I was using roughly 4200-4900 mgs of various AAS compounds per week. I was using Test, Eq, Tren, Primo, Winnie, Anavar and Halo, and the last week real injectable Masteron, plus T3, insulin, HGH, Clen, ECA, Nolvadex, Liquidex, Diazide and aldactone. I started out at 228Lbs @ 12% when I was 16 weeks out. At 8 weeks out I started to cut carbs pretty drastically, and started using T3. I was about 208 @5-6% Bf at that time. At 4 weeks out I was at 4.5% Bf, and 204Lbs. On Weds night (3 days out) I weighed 193Lbs, I weighed in at 186.6 Lbs on friday at 8:30 PM, and walked onstage at 11:00 oclock AM saturday moning at 185 Lbs @ 2% Bf. So, I lost 43 Lbs total while getting ready for this show, and 10% Bf. Now, if you do the math I lost roughly 27Lbs of Bf, 8Lbs of water, and 8 Lbs of lean muscle to meet my goals (which I actually exceeded by 1% Bf), and go in shredded and extremely vascular. So, I am possitive I would have lost more muscle mass if I would have used a larger dosage of T3. The rebound has been amazing. I gained 20 Lbs in 2 days (most was water. Right now its been 11 days since the show and I am at 230Lbs! 2 Lbs heavier than I started out at!! Most of it is water, and my ankles are the size of softballs, but I feel better. Today is the first day back in the gym since the show, and its the first time I have been happy about going to the gym in over 2 months. Anyway, I know I got way off track here, but I couldn't quit typing!! LOL, Later

They are not back yet. I should have them by next week. I am having them developed by hand and not with a machine, so it takes longer. As soon as they get here I will post them. Later
