Adkins Diet w/ juice.. Good idea?

Within the next week I plan on starting my cycle of Dbol / Deca / Sust. I need some advice on whether or not the Adkins diet would help or hurt my bulking cycle.

How important are a carbs for a bulk cycle? or even a cutting cycle? I see many members recommendations that say "EAT EAT EAT and than EAT more" on a cycle. Would it be possible to achieve my goal without gaining much fat? I wouldn't say that I am fat, but I sure don't wish to put any additional flab around my midsection if I can help it.

With the high consumption of protein on Adkins I thought this would be a good idea. Any thoughts or opinions?

Hey bubs, I am a recovering fat bastard and I tried cutting my carbs down to a minimum, and about 4 weeks into my bulking cycle I noticed my energy level way down. I am not an expert or anything but I noticed a significant difference when I incorporated moderate carbs back into my diet. I might eat a couple of potatos, or bannans, or even a few ounces of pasta a few hours before my lift and I had my energy back. My mom lost 65 pounds on the atkins diet but she wasnt doing a cycle at the time:D My opinion is to just, dont over do it but try and keep some of them in. Like I said though, I am not an expert so.

No way should you do the atkins diet while bulking. My opinion that diet sucks wost of the weight loss if from water when newbies try it then the weight loss slows down dramatically. Here's my opinion for what it's worth you have a good cycle you could change deca for eq if your not stocked up already. Get some liquidex your gonna love it. Run 1.5-2 grams of ala. Eat like you never ate before just keep it clean and as much as I hate it do cardio 1 of the best fat burners going.

Bulking and cutting are two totally different strategies. You can't add mass on restricted calories or with no carb diets (at least not any significant mass...it IS possible if you have the right genetics). If you try to watch your bf% while bulking, chances are you'll shortchange the muscle growth you could have had.

I agree with BstrongBwell. I have the genes to grow on low carb diets because I don't tolerate carbs well and burn fat much better. I even have much higher energy levels on low carb diets and stay on them for really long times.
I you are not in my position then just eat carbs. If you are a fat-oxidizer like me, then I'd definitely go for a CKD in which you keep carbs low during the week and bulk up on them in weekend.
If you're fully adapted after weeks (or months) then try to go with some pre-workout carbs, like an apple or so, to give you enough energy to get through the workout.
Also, nobody ever said that Atkins diets or CKD's should be about calorie restriction alone. When I want to grow I use low carb diets with an above normal cal. intake.
It's a real tricky business however, which requires much experience IMO.
