i READ AN ARTICLE, ABOUT SPENDING THREE DAYS ACROSS THE BOARDER. AND PUT ON 5 POUNDS. SUS-250 AT 2000 MG DAY ONE AND 1500 AND DAY THREE. WELL IS THIS INSANE OR WHAT ? PLEASE HELP, THANKS:confused:
 
That just doesn't make sense to me. Building muscle is a function of recovery from resistance training. Say you do put on 5lbs, at least 3 if not 4 of those will be water, and putting on 1 pound isn't shit for the price of travel, the extra gear and not to mention all the sides you'll get from the up and then right back down levels of hormones in your body. Better to have a longer strategy so you can actually keep the muscle you put on IMO.
 
i guess you can crosss the border and live in mexico for 1 week and frontload your ass crazy. i'll guerentee yuou will gfet sick.
