Hey fella's

Got off of IP's stuff and I thought I would be fine, but my quality vet shit hurts like hell too, even after baking it...how do you guys try and keep the pain to a minimum?

These are the things I have read will help with pain.

Massage area before and after injection

If using sus, prop etc. cut it with some EQ or deca

Inject very slow

try not to jiggle the needle and keep it as stationary as possible.

warm solution under warm water (the filled jacket)

I'm injecting tren and prop every other day. I've been trying to go in the glute as much as possible, but I use quads as well. I know I am injecting alright, might just be high alcohol levels or something.

Hey Bro,

Use quads, tri's, shoulders, calves and you will have less pain. Go to spot injections.com and see proper way to do it.
