Well some asked for updates on my cycle so here it is. I just started the forth week of
eq/tren/prop.
eq 400mg/wk
tren 75mg/eod
prop 100mg/eod
Well last week I really started to see some results. I have seen an almost transformation
in my body through cardio and strict diet. I planned this on being the cutting cycle to
help me in my first competition. I have actually gained seven pounds while losing bf.
People complain of being pissed off on tren, but I have only noticed slight edginess and
a few slips of the tongue that got me in some trouble with my gf, but nothing major.
Well hopefully I will still lose bf while maintaining as much muscle as possible.

not saying that you can't do that.. but that's a long way down what time frame do you have

I'm ten weeks out. I figure 2lbs. per week isnt that bad, but mainly I just want to be as
lean as my body will allow.

yeah good luck bro. 2lbs a week is very possible as I've done it before. It just takes a hell of a lot of work and being very strict. Hope you get there.

It's realistic. If your 6% right now and want to enter at say 4% for contest that is only a 4.7lb fat loss @ 235. Even if you shed twice as much muscle as fat that still brings you in at around 220 @ 4% bf. You'll hit that mark easily,Good Luck bro

If you are going to all the trouble and pain it takes to get below 5% Bf, why don't you set your goal at 2% and go in shredded. You can bet at least one of the guys you are going to be walking onstage with set his goals that low, especially in the heavyweight division. And theres a good chance you will be competing against a super heavy that decided to get shredded and go in as a heavywieght. Good luck, Later
