Suppose you decide to go on a cycle for 12 weeks. Could you bulk up for 6 weeks, gaining lots of muscle with alas some fat, then switch over to keep that mass and shed some fat. How would you go about that doing that.

If you ran liquidex to prevent bloat then why wouldn't you just bulk as much as possible for the full 12 weeks? If you did switch though I suppose it would just be a matter of diet modification and added cardio workouts.

YOU'D BETTER SWITCH UP DRUGS AS WELL SAY YOU DID EQ AND TEST WEEKS 1-6, THAN SWITCH TO TREN/PRIMO,OR WINNY PRIMO, MAYBE EVEN ADDING ANAVAR TO EITHER FOR WEEKS 6-12 ALONG WITH SOME REDUCTION IN CARBS AND INCREASE IN CARDIO. FRONTLOADING ON THE BULKING PHASE WOULD BE HELPFUL TO MAXIMIZE GAINS.

here is an example bulk cut cycle i made for a friend few months ago.

week
1-4 50mg Dbol ed
1-12 eq 600-800mg/week
1-12 100mgprop ed
1-12 75mg fina ed or eod
6-12 50mg winny ed or eod
6-12 40mg anavar ed
1-16 .25mg ldex
1-16 20mg nolvadex
6-16 eca/clen
6-10 either 40mcg t3 ed or a ramp

1-6 eat like a fuking animal
6-16 do mad cardio and limit your carbs to 100gs a day.

You sure can. Water retention merely is a managable side effect and does not effect cutting results unless your doing a precontest prep. I think its best to cut while still "on" to spare lean body mass during lipolysis---sparing the muscle during the catabolic fat burning as much as possible. It's all in the diet IMO,not necessarily the drugs.

you are correct but u need the supps to help preserve the muscle. you can loose mad amount of muscle while doing cardio so eat big train big sleep big and supplement big.

Here's the downfall of that program: bulking for 6 weeks will barely be enough for you to realize your gains. I would say go for it if you did say 8-10 weeks of bulking then 6-8 weeks of cutting though. I will NEVER cut without being on again...the loss of mass is just too much for me to stand.
