I am about to do my first cycle. I am 200 5"8 10% bf
one thing I am debating is the workouts. Ive heard some people say they lift only 2 to 3 times per week while on a cycle. while others lift 5 days aweek. I currenttly hit each bodypart twice a week. three on, off two, on two, off one repeat. should i stick with this. or train each body part once a week. i am having trouble with this. someone help i want mass.

Are you making gains with that routine before you start your cycle? If not you should reconsider it. I believe for optimal growth you need optimal recovery between workouts and training a bodypart 2x a week does not allow this. Train each bodypart once a week and you will get better gains.

Even while on a mass gaining cycle. my gains have tapered over the last year or so. I have been training for over seven years. whith several differnt routines. changing it too one body part per week would be fine for me. I was just thinking that while on a cycle my recovery would be greater from work outs so i should train each body part twice a week. this not nessesarily what i am going too do. I am just seeing what works for most mass gainers.

This being your first cycle it is like learning about your body all over again. You may want to start out working every body part only once a week and then see how it goes from there. Depending on what you are using will also affect your workout intensity and how many days a week you train each body part. Let us know what you plan on using and in what quantities. This will help in giving you an answer you are looking for.
