FRIDAY NIGHT< WHOS HERE?

Alright its FRIDAY NIGHT, about 3 am, where the weekend warriors at? i just got in from the gym, lol, actually training a newbie who didn't know what the hell he was doing for a 20 yr old. Anywayz, i trained him tonight with chest n arms. tomorrow he wants me to train him on back n shoulders. Damm, i should get paid for this...

Bro, i've worked out many times in the early morning . It's a kickass time to get serious cause there's hardly anyone there to slow your workout down. No having to wait for someone to get off of a machine so you can use it. It's like having your own personal gym.

yup, i like to work out when i have the gym all to myself, but then again, when u go primetime, thats where all da ladies at. !!!

Well I wasn't here friday night but I wasn't out having fun that's for sure....me I had to work the nightshift 11pm to 7:30AM.
