There was this big juicehead who walked into the doctors office one day and said: doc, I gotta confess, I’ve been using AS for years now and It’s come back to haunt me. Every injection site really hurts when I push it and I haven’t used any gear in months now.
So the doc asks where it hurts and the guy pushes his delts, glutes and qauds with his finger. Hmmm, says the doc… well that’s very strange considering you haven’t used in months. You will have to come in for a couple a days and well check you out.
So the guy goes into the hospital and gets a full bodycheck. A few days later he goes to the dock again and the doc say: We got good and bad news (ain’t that a classic). The good news is: we find out what’s wrong. The bad news is… you have got a real nasty infection at the tip of your finger.
How’s that for a sunday morning joke
