...What size do you want to get to, or down to for some or whatever...where are you now and where would you like to be???...:cool:...
 
My goal right now is not to burn my steak.Actually I'm about 4 weeks into a moderate cycle(750mg.test.enth,400mg.eq.weeks1-10,75mg.tren.E.O.D. weeks1-5)and pretty happy with my progress.If anything I'd like to lower my b.f.%,I'm currently 245lbs. at 12%.
 
currently i am 15-18% bf i would like to get down to 7-10 percent bf in about 10 weeks.

here is what my cycle is gonna be,
for the first four weeks i wanna put on maybe around 10- pounds i will eat like an animal and gain some. and then i will try to get cut and ripped to the bone for the rest of the 8 weeks.

going threw a different time right now looking to drop BF down.. waste was 36 now around 34 like to get down to 32.. but lost about a half inch off my arms and nothing off my chest or legs.. one year goal is to be over 300 and kepp BF down to 6-7 range
 
Currently at 199 lbs. Don't really know what my body fat is but it's probably around 15% if I am guessing correctly. Been dieting down to where I am now and plan on getting to 190lbs. I was out of lifting for a couple of years and put on some weight that I didn't want.:mad: Anyway going to get down to 190lbs and then run my first cycle. I have lost around 20lbs when I changed my diet and started working out and am stuck in the 196-199 range. I need to start up cardio to get down to where I want I think but I just can't bring myself to do it if you know what I mean.:D I will just have to get my head right and do it. Goal after cycle will be to weight in around 210-215.:D

My goal is allways to be as ripped as possible. But I never get their. I'm much better at bulking, I allways grow damn fast, and off course gain lots of fat with along with it.

Unfortunately I'm always so damn hungry... I can eat more than a pro bodybuilder. In fact I could eat a pro bodybuilder :D

If I would achieve chem's stats I would be looking great. 95 kilo with 5% bodyfat would make me look awesome. Although I should be able to achieve 100-105 kilo.

Once my leg is cured I'm going to try to do as much cardio as I can to keep growing while keeping fat at bay. In the fall I'll go for a large bulking cycle. After that I hope MRM is a somewhat higher and I will be able to get leaner on a higher calorie level.
 
I'm just under 5'2" and weigh 110, I would like to put on a few pounds of some lean muscle, I don't know my bf but would like it to drop a bit:)
 
RIGHT NOW I'M TRYING TO DROP BODYFAT WHILE MAINTAING AS MUCH MUSCLE AS POSSIBLE CURRENTLY 194 8-9%BF. EVENTUALLY HOPE TO BE 200LBS 6%.
 
I am at 240 and 14% body fat (6ft 1) abs are just starting to show, would like to get BF in single digits and stay at 240.
